Galvanised metal frames and foundations
We fabricate steel frames with galvanised protection to help resist corrosion in outdoor conditions. Hot-dip galvanising can be specified to suit the project requirements. Columns, beams, base plates and connections are coordinated with the approved structural design, together with reinforced concrete foundations and anchor bolts. Foundation sizes and reinforcement are determined for the site conditions, soil capacity and design loads, including wind uplift.
HDPE shade nets
Heavy-duty HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) shade nets provide a breathable covering that filters sunlight and reduces UV exposure beneath the shaded area. UV-stabilised grades are selected for outdoor durability, with colours and shading performance chosen to suit the project. Standard knitted HDPE nets allow air and rainwater to pass through and are intended primarily for sun protection.
PVC coated polyester membranes
PVC-coated polyester membranes provide a continuous covering with weather and UV resistance appropriate to the selected product. Waterproof membrane grades can provide rain protection when installed with correctly formed joints, suitable slopes and drainage details. Fabric weight, finish and performance are selected according to the approved specification.

We plan the shade layout around parking bay dimensions, vehicle height, entry routes, column positions and available space. The scope can include site measurement, foundation works, frame fabrication, galvanising, erection, fabric installation and tensioning.
